WGSDCA Conformation

The WGSDCA offers as many conformation shows as possible each year. We also encourage people to show with other clubs such as the United Kennel Club (UKC), American Rare Breed Association (ARBA) and others. These shows count the same way as WGSDCA shows for the purpose of calculating WGSDCA championship points and Top Ten points. By working with other clubs, we ensure that wGSD owners nationwide have a venue in which to show their white German Shepherd Dogs.

The WGSDCA offers regular classes for white GSDs age 6 months and over where dogs can compete for WGSDCA championship points and Top Ten points. The WGSDCA also offers other championship opportunities:

• Altered Dog Classes - competition for spayed or neutered dogs over 6 months old. These dogs can compete for two different championships.
• Stock Dog Classes - competition for colored GSDs over 6 months old that are white factored. These dogs can compete for two different championships.

The WGSDCA also offers a variety of other non-regular (meaning a championship can not be earned) classes.

• Petite Puppy Classes - competition for puppies 2 to 6 months to get them used to the conformation ring.
• Stock Dog Petite Puppy Classes - competition for colored GSDs puppies 2 to 6 months to get them used to the conformation ring.
